Irwell Valley works with Fusion21

Irwell Valley is committed to regeneration and aims to enhance and develop each of its communities; they are working with Fusion21 on works on communal flat refurbishments.

The works that are being undertaken in collaboration with us and contractor HT Forrest are making improvements to the communal areas of Irwell Valley properties.

HT Forrest are working on the communal hallways, stairways, entrance doors, bin store doors, working on applying new flooring to stairways and upgrading the internal lighting of properties.
