Fusion21 attended a barbeque held at Baron’s court on behalf of First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) for the local residents, as a thank you for their patience and co-operation following the recent asbestos removal and electrical re-wiring work that’s been carried out .
Mrs. Wrenshall, a tenant at Baron’s court claimed “There were no problems whatsoever, the staffs were very helpful and everything was sorted.” Mrs. Sweeney, another tenant went on to add “It’s nice to be treated to the barbeque” and when asked about the works on her house, she said “I was very happy with the service, I went out for the day and it was all completed by the time I got back.”
John Holmes, the contract manager for Lovell, who completed the works, was the chef for the day and he paid special thanks to the tenants “It was an intrusive procedure, and they have all taken the work carried out very well and co-operated. A big thank you to all the residents of Baron’s court.”
Helen Cooper, Head of Procurement at Fusion21 added, "Fusion21 are very pleased that works carried out through our frameworks have once again resulted in satisfied tenants. We work extremely hard with our clients and partners to ensure all improvement works are completed to ensure minimum disruption to tenants".
